At The Model Home Look, quality craftsmanship and customer confidence go hand-in-hand. That’s why we proudly stand behind our work with a Six-Month Limited Workmanship Warranty. This warranty reflects our commitment to doing things right the first time—and being here for you after the project is complete.
What This Means for You
Our warranty covers workmanship-related issues that may arise under normal use after your project is completed. If something doesn’t meet our standards, we want to know—and we want the opportunity to make it right.
How the Warranty Works
To keep things clear and fair for everyone, this warranty is provided under the following guidelines:
Applies to You and Your Home
The warranty applies to the original homeowner and the property where we performed the work. It remains in effect for six (6) months from substantial completion of your project.
Normal Use Coverage
The warranty covers workmanship that has not been affected by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or environmental conditions outside of our control.
Protecting the Integrity of Our Work
To ensure proper repairs, the warranty applies only to work that has not been altered or repaired by others. If something needs attention, we simply ask that you contact us first.
Easy Communication
If you notice a concern, please let us know in writing within ten (10) days of discovering it. Prompt notice helps us address issues quickly and efficiently.
We Handle the Fix
We ask for the opportunity to inspect and correct any verified workmanship issue. If covered, we will repair, replace, or correct the issue at no cost to you, within a reasonable timeframe.
Clear and Fair Resolution
Your remedy under this warranty is the correction of the workmanship issue. This allows us to focus on what matters most—delivering quality results you can enjoy with confidence.
Account in Good Standing
Warranty coverage applies once all project balances are paid in full.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Manufacturer defects (those are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty)
- Cosmetic variations in natural materials such as wood, stone, or tile
- Work or materials provided by others
Our Promise
This warranty is part of our no-pressure, high-planning approach to remodeling. We invest heavily in upfront design, clear scopes of work, and detailed execution so surprises are rare—but if something comes up, we’re here to help.
Good to Know
This warranty is provided in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and complements any applicable manufacturer warranties.

Care & Cleaning
For best results, keep the following in mind when caring for your products:
- Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface.
- Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after applying cleaner. Rinse and dry any overspray that lands on nearby surfaces.
- Do not allow cleaner to soak.
- Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to clean surfaces.
